To proactively generate, Profile and qualify new business and existing customer sale opportunities predominantly through telemarketing:

 

• Perform out bond telephone call to prospective customer (prospects) to identify

   and create sale opportunities.
• Receiving and respond appropriately to in bound telephone and email enquires
• Time table and perform follow up in responses to requests for information
• Undertake qualification on sale opportunities to identify suitability for attention by

   sales force
• Maintain accurate records of all telephone calls and enquires
• Maintain and improve data integrity of records stored in the system
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge skills as required
• Represent system in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Personal profile :

• Tele marketing / telesales experience within the hospitality Industry highly

To provide administrative support to our center. This position will initiate and coordinate the clerical functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies of the company program.

 

Key duties/responsibilities of Administrative executive:

• Works with standard and advanced spreadsheets, databases, and word processing

   software packages.
• Prepares itineraries, agendas, and expense reports.
• Organize and maintain file and records.
• Provide general administrative support including but not limited to: phones,

   distributing mail, and preparing expense reports.
• Prepare official correspondence, coordinate and tracking functions, format

   correspondence, mark recommendations, and handle incoming and outgoing visit

   request preparation, logging, and verification.
• Provide technical support and vendor interface.
• Makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
• Coordinate and Administer the Management calendar.
• Planning and scheduling projects and ensuring timely completion.
• Manage all aspects of the business unit operating budget.
• Maintain the security of confidential information.
• Maintaining business/customer contact database, corporate files and business

   plans.
